At LuminousPGX, your privacy is not just a policy — it's the foundation of everything we build. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data Collection

We collect only the data you explicitly provide: your conversations, uploaded files, and basic account information. We do not collect data passively or from third-party sources.

Data Processing & Third-Party Processors

Your messages and uploaded files are processed by our AI service, which relies on third-party large language model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate responses. When you submit a query, your input and any attached files are transmitted to these providers for processing. Responses are generated in real time and stored in your account. Each organisation's knowledge base is isolated — members of one team cannot access another team's documents.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Your conversations and knowledge base are private to your account and organisation, and are never shared with other users or teams.

Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access and request corrections to your personal data. You may request export or deletion of your conversations and uploaded files at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within a reasonable period. Note that data transmitted to third-party LLM providers for processing may be subject to their respective retention policies.

Data Retention

Your conversations and uploaded files are retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, contact us and we will remove your conversations and knowledge base documents from our systems. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
